Audio Response

24-hour account access
Champion Credit Union members can access their accounts 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, from any touch tone telephone. There is no charge to use the convenient Audio Response system. With Audio Response members can:

  • Make balance inquiries
  • Inquire about account histories
  • Transfer between share and share draft checking accounts
  • Transfer loan payments from share or share draft checking accounts
  • Make withdrawals. A check will be issued to the primary account holder and sent to the address on file, the next business day.
  • Re-order checks
  • Order copies of cleared drafts
  • Check CCU’s competitive rate loan and deposit rates
  • Calculate loan payments
