Reissued Debit Cards
Members should have received their recently reissued debit cards. All CCU cards were
reissued to combat possible fraudulent charges due to the recent national data
compromise as a result of U.S. based merchant processors, like Heartland
Payment Systems.
If you have received your card and have not activated the card, you should do so
immediately. Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) may be changed to a
member preferred number once the cards are activated using the new PIN mailed to
you. Some ATM terminals may allow the PIN change (all CCU machines do allow this
transaction), members should look for the PIN change option under other or additional
transactions and follow the prompts on the screen to complete the change.

A Stimulus Package—CCU Style!
CCU members can get not only great rates on loans,
but money back! To show that we appreciate your
business; an interest refund will be paid to most
members on their loans. The Board of Directors
approved the one percent refund to be deposited into
borrowers’ primary share accounts on March 31. The
refund amount is calculated on the interest paid on loans during the first
quarter of 2009.
Your credit union is one of only a handful that pay an interest refund to
borrowers. That makes your great CCU loan rate an even better deal.
When you are considering a new loan, remember that historically your
credit union has paid you back for borrowing and you receive Credit Life
Insurance at no direct cost.
This is Champion Credit Union’s way of saying
“Thank you” for your continued support!”
