Remote Services = Credit Union Access 24/7
Convenient access to credit union services for our
members is important to CCU. Do you know all the
ways that you, as a member have access to the credit union and our
services virtually 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—even when the credit
union is closed?
- Virtual Branch: Get balance and history information for your account,
make transfers (you can even schedule transfers in advance or make
them recurring), view copies of cleared checks, make payments, and
more all via the web. Email the credit union via the secure email
system. Coming soon for members… PayIt bill payment service, watch
future newsletters for more information!
- eStatements: view your statements online via the Virtual Branch
website—a great way to go green and save a tree!
- Virtual Loan: Apply for a loan, right from the comfort of home! Use
your audio response PIN to log in, or complete the information without
the PIN and your loan will be reviewed on the next business day.
Members can apply for personal loans, vehicle loans, and more!
- Audio Response: Dial in and listen to account balances, account history
and transfer funds between accounts. Use your touchtone phone
locally or toll-free. Don’t forget the option to speak to a CCU staff
member directly when you dial in during normal business hours.
- ATM and debit card access: Use you ATM / Debit card to access your
account anytime at merchants or ATM machines. No-surcharge
machines are available across the US through the Alliance One network
and CU Here program. Visit www.ChampionCU.org to obtain a listing of
no-surcharge machines.
- EZCardinfo.com: view CCU visa account information and schedule a
payment online.

Have your statements delivered to your inbox

CCU members can now choose to
have their statements delivered electronically with
eStatements. Members can sign up via Virtual
Branch to view their statements online right from
their Virtual Branch screen. Those opting to receive
eStatements will receive an email notifying them that
their statements are ready for viewing, generally on
the first day of the month.
Members who wish to enroll do need to have an
active Virtual Branch log-in so if you aren’t enrolled in
Virtual Branch but would like to begin getting
eStatements, please call or visit any CCU office.
