Members can enroll to have access to Virtual Branch by contacting any CCU office. Once enrolled go green and sign up for PayIt and eStatements on the Self Service tab in Virtual Branch. Those opting to receive eStatements will receive an email notifying them that their statements are ready for viewing, generally on the first day of the month. No need to wait any longer for your paper statement to arrive or worry about filing it away or shredding it after you receive it.

CCU made a change to the toll free number normally connected to Audio Response. Members can now call the (800) 650-5444 and reach a credit union staff member more easily than before. Dialing the toll free number, you call the credit union directly and have the option of talking to a specific staff member, reaching Audio Response (press 5), or speaking to any member service representative. It is one way CCU better connects with our members!
